• 10+ years of IT experience (including 5+ years hands‑on with Azure, guiding, managing, and governing teams).
• Flexible to work in shifts.

Primary Skills

• Strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholder relationships to gain consensus on complex technical solutions.
• Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing solutions on‑premises, in the cloud, and using a hybrid model.
• Hands‑on experience deploying a variety of generative models.
• In‑depth experience in fine‑tuning and customizing pretrained AI models, with understanding of patterns and practices in AI, data engineering, and large data processing.
• Ability to develop and deliver upskilling sessions.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
