Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer to join the Customer Delivery team at CI&T.

This role embeds the engineer within strategic client projects, helping organizations across industries such as banking, insurance, and retail adopt and operationalize Generative AI solutions in real production environments.

The challenge involves building and scaling AI‑powered solutions such as RAG pipelines, AI agents, and intelligent automations while enabling client teams to operate autonomously and evolve their engineering capabilities.
