Metrolinx is a commercially oriented agency of the Ministry of Transportation (Ontario) that coordinates and integrates transportation services in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Our mandate is to improve mobility across the region through major transit projects, including the Subway expansion, GO expansion, Rapid Transit, and transit‑oriented communities, while operating GO Transit, UP Express, and PRESTO.
