We're Hiring: Art Specialist and Sales Head - India Based in Bangalore | Field-based, no fixed office | Full-time West 23 is a curated art house bringing Western and international paintings, sculptures, antiques, and decorative objects to India's discerning collectors. We operate by appointment, online, and through select exhibitions across India under the ethos “Collecting with Intent.” We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial professional to lead India sales end to end. This is not a support role. You will be the single point of responsibility for how West 23 grows across the country. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- All India sales, both online (Instagram, website) and offline collector relationships
- Building and nurturing a base of high-net-worth collectors, interior designers, and corporate buyers
