As a Store Planning Architect, you will be responsible of the layout designs and management for store projects.You will report directly to the Store Planning Manager.You will be located in Mexico City.
**Key Responsibilities**- You will create and develop layouts according to the store ́s image manuals.
- You will manage simultaneously up to 10 projects.
- You will comply with the assigned budget for each project.
- You will always follow up with projects, assuring the quality guidelines.
- You will participate in project negotiation working with our sales department to ensure client ́s satisfaction.
- You will support strategic plans.
**Qualifications**- Experience of at least 3 years in architectural design.
- Experience in layouts design and retail.
- English level: A2 or higher.
- Travel availability.You will travel to different states at least 7 times a month.
