Argentina Payroll Specialist - Compliance & Ops

Paramount is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our team in Argentina. In this role, you'll handle the end-to-end payroll processing while ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal controls. You'll also assist with HR Operations administrative tasks and employee inquiries.

We're looking for someone with 3–4 years of payroll experience and strong knowledge of payroll taxes and labor legislation. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work in a multinational environment are highly valued.
