We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative individual who wants to make an impact on our organization and community in this upcoming vacancy as Arena Customer Care Representative (Student Contract), working within our Sport & Recreation team, from September – April 2027.

Working in a cross-functional and forward-thinking environment, and in support of the Town of Innisfil’s Strategic Plan 2030, and our core values of “Community First. Future Ready. Balance Always.”, you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver value to the residents of the Town of Innisfil and assist in providing customer service to our arenas (Innisfil Recreational Complex, Stroud Innisfil Recreation Centre and Morgan Russell Memorial Arena & Community Centre).
  • Interact directly with the public as the main point of contact.
  • Collect money for drop-in programs, program registration and facility booking payments, and inquiries.
