Position Summary
In this role, you will retain, develop, lead a team, and attain business opportunities for the assigned area.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage distributor and customer relationships in the assigned region.
- Increase sales and profit margin in the assigned region.
- Implement corporate sales strategy.
- Effectively communicate market trends and product competitiveness to management and new business opportunities to product managers.
- Regularly review, distribute, and follow up on sales leads to assigned distributors.
- Conduct weekly and monthly team meetings and one‑on‑one meetings to support and lead the team, including pipeline and project opportunities review.
- Provide corporate with status changes and forecast feedback for major OEM accounts.
- Manage 2–7 employees, including sales managers and possible application engineer/market manager positions.
