Position : Area Sales Manager
Location : Pune
Report to : RSM (West)
Role priorities :
- Total Sales Revenue for Area where he/she deputed as per business plan India
- Achieve or exceed annual plan through the generation of new business sales and improved retention of existing business.
- Collaborate with Customers Service, Projects & Application, Engineering and manufacturing to ensure business requirements are met.
- Communicating and collaborating with Regional Manager on requirements of local business to ensure continues business stability and growth.
- Follow standard work prescribed in the sales play book.
- Grow new customers and expand existing customer business.
- Prepare offers, technical discussions, negotiations, follow up on enquiries.
- Consistent track record of achieving sales targets in a highly dynamic environment.
