Job Responsibilities
- Lead a group of sales engineers / tech reps in the area to increase Kirby market share, coverage, and profitability.
- Ensure full respect of Kirby policy and procedures in the office during daily, pre‑sale, and after‑sale activities.
- Achieve or exceed Kirby target in the area at the highest possible margin.
- Provide excellent services to Kirby customers, especially key and strategic accounts, and address any customer complaints.
- Work with management to register Kirby with all major organizations and companies that require Kirby products.
- Propose new ideas and marketing tools to increase Kirby exposure in the market.
- Track and report competition activities, price trends, opportunities, and risks in the territory.
- Provide guidance to the team to increase efficiency and profitability.
