As a Area Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion and sales performance in your assigned region. You will take full ownership of sales targets, dealer relationships, and market intelligence, ensuring our brand continues to grow and thrive.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
**Sales & Market Development**
+ You will be responsible for achieving monthly volume and POS targets across your territory.
+ You will focus on key product goals:
+ Drive sales of 16 & above in GY.
+ Drive sales of 14 & above in Kelly.
+ You will identify and appoint new Dealers and BROs to expand our market footprint.
+ You will monitor your performance against targets and take corrective action when needed.
+ You will strictly adhere to your Beat Plan and Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).
