Area Operations Manager UOQ (UAE, Oman & Qatar)

Description

The Area Operations Manager UOQ is responsible for leading the operational performance delivery excellence and business support across UAE, Oman and Qatar, one of the most active regions for CAPEX and OPEX-driven inspection services.

The role holds full accountability for P&L performance delivery execution and resource management across the area, managing a layered organisation with Country Operations Managers and large field-based teams.

Operating in a high-volume fast‑paced environment, the role ensures safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of site-based and vendor inspection services while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including NOCs, IOCs, EPC contractors and manufacturers.
