Area Manager – Warehouse Ops & Team Development

Link-Worldwide is seeking an IB/OB Area Manager for operations in Mexico. This role involves leading a team of 20 to 50 Amazon Associates, ensuring safety and operational excellence throughout shifts. You will communicate policies, manage day-to-day operations, and develop future leaders while prioritizing employee engagement and performance improvements.

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of people management experience and must be fluent in English. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
