Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Shall possess approved tertiary or equivalent qualification and with at least five (5) years relevant post graduate experience in projects & facilities management/ estate management/ engineering or equivalent.
- The Area/Building Manager shall be overall responsible for the performance of the facilities management manager services in the zone which he/she is assigned to.
- The Area/building manager shall be responsible for the facilities management manager services of the building(s) that he/she is assigned to and other related facilities management issues.
