Area Manager - North Luzon

Job Description

*Over-all responsible for channel coverage and sales growth of assigned area/territory

*Responsible for the total sales and marketing activities

*Forecasting and inventory management

*Alignment of allocation with assigned distributor

*Responsible for the development, execution and performance of all designed to dominate market presence and increase sales

*Develop and implement business strategies to achieve targets

*Lead and coach sales agent to maximize team efficiency

*Ensures alignment across Sales and Marketing team

*Alignment with Distributor and Sub-Distributor for the success of distribution and coverage.

*Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

*Performs such other functions as assigned.
