Area Manager II: Safety, Productivity & Team Leadership

Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team at one of our operational sites in Andalucía. You will promote safety, monitor productivity, and collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes while supporting daily operations.

You will analyse performance data, implement corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement to meet customer demands. English communication and people leadership are essential.
