A little about us
It all started in 2020, with our founder (Barney) baking cinnamon buns in his mum’s kitchen during lockdown. Fast forward a few years, and buns from home is now a fast growing family of bakeries scattered across London, loved for our iconic buns and exciting weekend specials. We're a cheerful, tight-knit team passionate about constantly creating really really yummy baking that has our customers leaving us happy and full.
What we’re looking for
As the Multi‑Site General Manager, you will be a pivotal leader within the Buns From Home Bakery team, overseeing operations across multiple bakery sites. This dynamic role will encompass everything from financial forecasting and P&L planning to shaping the culture and values of the company through the teams you manage.
