Area Continuous Improvement Lead

As SWE Area CI (Continuous Improvement) Lead, you will manage the overall performance of the distribution center, including planning, organizing staff, and controlling all warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and implement warehouse operations, procedures, and support to meet prescribed productivity and service levels.
• Assist senior management in establishing warehouse performance objectives and standards.
• Accountability for achieving company objectives regarding costs, productivity, accuracy, and customer service.
• Manage all aspects of customer requirements, including inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, P&L responsibility, rate requirements, and development of incentive programs.
• Lead the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy and implement its roadmap in the area, based on Lean management principles.
