Role & responsibilities
- Manage Secured Business Loans for the designated state.
- Guide & facilitate Cluster and Area Managers to formulate and drive plans for their respective state.
- Ensure overall revenue targets are met for the state on a monthly basis.
- Ensure overall revenue targets are reached as per the approved matrix for the state from all revenue sources (processing fees, cross sell, yield etc.)
- Ensure the profitability targets to be met for all the product in assigned state.
- Ensure that branch profitability is maintained (Fee Income >
= Branch Cost) which canbe measured as per branch score card. - Initiate the branch network expansion through network planning, identifying potential market.
- Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues & generate revenue from untapped markets;
