RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide material research, programming diagrams, design presentations including mood boards, quick 3D sketching as required.
- Assist on the development of the whole design of the project according to the design intent, client goals and senior directives.
- Participate in design coordination within firm i.e. between architecture, decorators and graphics, and between owners consultants and the firm.
- Coordination with vendors and manufacturers.
- Provide the production and delivery of quality and timely sets of contract documents being drawings, specifications, sample boards, reports as required for each unique project.
- Responding to RFIs and interpreting the contract documents to ensure the design intent is met. Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
- BA/BS minimum degree required.
