This position plays a key role in ensuring that Club Med’s design vision is consistently and accurately implemented throughout the ESAP region, enhancing guest experience, supporting premium brand positioning, and enabling smooth collaboration between owners, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities 1. Administrative & CoordinationIdentify and prequalify new consultants (architects, interior designers, landscape planners, lighting designers, etc.) across APAC.
Maintain and update consultant lists and internal documentation (plans, trackers, follow up tools).
Contribute to ESAP-specific design reference documents (design guidelines, Club Med reference books) and follow up on Club Med global projects for design consistency.
Organise and file project documentation in a structured, accessible manner.
Conduct ongoing product and competitive benchmarking in the region.
