Responsibilities
- Create three-dimensional (3‑D) models with computer-aided design (CAD)
- Create two-dimensional (2‑D) drawings with computer-aided design (CAD)
- Analyze technical documents and reports
- Tender contracts
- Assist in supervising construction projects
- Prepare working drawings
- Supervise architectural technical staff
- Monitor and inspect work
- Estimate costs and materials
- Prepare presentation graphics and drawings
- Supervision of 5–10 people
Qualifications & Skills
- CADD Course
- Computer and technology knowledge: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, SketchUp, V‑Ray, InDesign
- Transportation and travel information: Own vehicle, valid driver’s licence, willingness to travel
