The Architectural Technician-Designer assists with initial design concepts while taking ownership of the technical documentation, drafting, and regulatory compliance phases. They collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction crews to guide projects from initial sketches to reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting & Modeling : Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D digital renderings using BIM and CAD software.
