Responsibilities
- Oversees all architectural aspects of construction projects, from design coordination and shop drawing approvals to site execution and project completion.
- The role ensures compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and Singapore building regulations while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Lead and coordinate architectural design, planning, and execution for construction projects.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.
