Architectural Designer Required – Abu Dhabi
Liwan Gulf Engineering Consultancy is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience within the UAE.
- Proven experience in the design of high‑rise towers and commercial buildings.
- Expert in preparing Architectural Working Drawings, Detailed Design Drawings, and Construction Drawings.
- Strong experience in the development of Tender and IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings.
- Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi building regulations, codes, and authority requirements.
- Strong experience in architectural design development and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural design and drafting software.
