Architectural Coordinator

Job Description

The Architectural Coordinator will support project coordination between architectural, structural, civil and M&E trades to ensure smooth execution of site works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedule and quality requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works and interfaces with M&E, structural, civil, subcontractor and consultant teams.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, BIM/CAD drawings and highlight discrepancies, clashes or missing details.
• Coordinate builder's works, openings, penetrations, risers, shafts, ceiling layouts, access panels, plinths and architectural finishes affected by M&E services.
• Attend site coordination meetings and follow up on RFIs, technical queries, shop drawing submissions and material approvals.
