- Review architectural drawings and prepare detailed shop drawings, material catalogues, and submissions in accordance with design intent for approval.
- Support the Project Manager in overseeing daily site operations to ensure works are carried out in compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Distribute drawings to subcontractors and coordinate with them to resolve technical and design-related issues.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives on all project-related matters.
- Attend and participate in regular project meetings with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to monitor progress and address issues.
- Collaborate with Architectural Consultants on submissions to relevant authorities and statutory boards.
