Job Description
- Develop and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) for architectural works using software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate closely with architects, structural, and M&E teams to ensure coordinated and clash-free BIM models.
- Prepare, update, and maintain architectural BIM models and drawings throughout the design and construction stages.
- Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Assist in the preparation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), shop drawings, and as-built drawings/documentation.
- Ensure all BIM models and drawings comply with project specifications, local authorities' requirements, and relevant codes.
- Provide technical support to site and project teams in resolving design and coordination issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to BIM deliverables.
