Architectural Coordination Lead – High-Rise BIM & Site

KOE Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Coordinator for a large-scale mixed development project in Singapore. The role involves leading site coordination with all trades, preparing submissions for shop drawings and MOS, and ensuring construction aligns with contract drawings.

The candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Civil or related discipline, 3+ years on high-rise projects, and familiarity with BIM. Willingness to travel to project sites in Singapore is expected.
