Architectural Construction Manager

Job Overview

The Architectural Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all architectural and finishes construction activities for stations and related structures on the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension (ECWE) project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction of architectural finishes (cladding, glazing, roofing, flooring, ceilings, partitions, and station fit-out).
• Ensure compliance with architectural design specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, and systems works to maintain seamless integration.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and enforce health and safety requirements.
• Oversee inspections, quality checks, and mock-ups to verify materials and workmanship.
• Review and resolve technical issues in coordination with the design team and construction engineers.
