Responsibilities

• Lead in solution analysis & design and act as technical lead for the solution domain in a Cloud Native Solution deployment environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting, deployment, documentation, and integration of solutions that span multiple domains (applications, network, hardware). Be hands‑on.
• Ensure the software introduction and solution aligns with customer security requirements. Apply the shared security paradigm introduced by disaggregation to address cross‑cutting security issues.
• Communicate and collaborate with CU teams, NSPM SPMs, Open RAN Solutions Program Management, and SAN SPMs to deliver solutions. Influence decisions and negotiate when other teams cannot fully appreciate the value of end‑to‑end solutions.
