Role Overview
We are seeking a Pega Senior Decisioning Architect (SDA) with strong expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to support enterprise-scale decisioning and customer engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Next-Best-Action strategies and driving decisioning capabilities across customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Pega CDH solutions.
- Develop and optimize NBAD (Next-Best-Action Designer) and NBAM (Next-Best-Action Marketing) strategies.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define decisioning requirements.
- Configure and enhance customer engagement and personalization capabilities.
- Support architecture reviews, solution design, and deployment activities.
