Responsibilities
- Assist Gt Design On Plan Review
- Assist In Monitoring Progress Of Assigned Project.
- Able To Do Test Fit
- Able To Prepare And Compute Area Tabulation
- Attends Design And Construction Meeting
- Respond To Rfa/Rfi (If Applicable For 4ph Project)
- Coordinate With Internal Stakeholders-Gt Design Management/Pd/Rcii Engineering
- May Require To Conduct Periodic Site Visit.
Qualifications
- PRC Licensed
- Graduate Of Bachelors Degree In Architecture From Reputable School.
- Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Architectural Design Firm (Excluding Apprenticeship) Preferably Designing/Handling Horizontal Housing Development.
- Proficient In Autocad, Sketch Up, Lumion And Other 3d Rendering Softwares.
- Proficient In Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word And Power Point).
- Excellent In Oral And Written Communivcation Skills
