Architect Engineer- Emiratisation

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process from concept to execution ensuring alignment with project goals and client vision.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using advanced CAD and BIM software.
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and identify potential challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior designers to integrate systems seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Valid professional license or registration as an Architect in the UAE.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven experience in the UAE construction market, with a strong understanding of local regulations and practices.
