Responsibilities
- Architectural concept and design development: support creation of architectural concepts during Stages 1–3, assist in feasibility studies, site analysis, master planning, and massing studies; contribute to hospitality planning strategies for guestrooms, public spaces, wellness, F&B, and back‑of‑house areas.
- Research & benchmarking: research hospitality trends, architectural innovations, luxury benchmarks, and emerging design approaches; analyse competitor projects and international references to support product differentiation and sustainability initiatives.
