Architect

Job description The Architect is responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating architectural works for water treatment plants (WTP), sewage treatment plants (STP), effluent treatment plants (ETP), industrial infrastructure, and related facilities. The role ensures that architectural designs meet project specifications, statutory regulations, functionality, safety, and aesthetic requirements while coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams for timely project execution. Role & responsibilities Registered with CMDA / DTCP will be an added advantage Prepare and submit planning drawings as per DTCP regulations. Ensure building plans comply with statutory rules, zoning norms, setbacks, FSI, parking, and road width requirements. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants for accurate drawing preparation. Liaise with DTCP and other government authorities to obtain planning approvals.
