Job description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Lead to join our growing engineering team. As an Automation Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving test automation initiatives across the organization. You will lead and mentor a team of automation engineers, design and implement robust test automation frameworks (with a strong focus on Pytest), and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities: Test Automation Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks using Python and Pytest. Integrate testing frameworks with CI/CD pipelines (e.G., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Develop and maintain test libraries, reusable components, and best practices for test automation.
