We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources professional to join our clients team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess solid hands‑on experience in HR operations with a strong understanding of MOHRE regulations, recruitment, employee relations and UAE labour law compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles in the real estate sector
- Support onboarding processes ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
- Maintain employee files and HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Monitor compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices
- Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives
