Arabic Outbound Sales Agent — Madrid (On-site)

BluSelection is looking for an Arabic-speaking Sales Agent for a fully on-site role in Madrid. This position focuses on B2C outbound sales, player engagement, and upselling within the Arabic-speaking market.

The ideal candidate has a strong sales mindset and is motivated to succeed in an international environment. No previous iGaming experience is necessary. You will perform outbound calls, engage players, and achieve sales targets while working with a collaborative Arabic team.
