About the role

DogeSMS serves customers in 60+ countries; first‑line technical support runs as a follow‑the‑sun rotation across language regions. This radar role is the Arabic (MENA)‑speaking seat in that rotation, focused on the Arab world spanning the Gulf, Levant, and Maghreb – Modern Standard Arabic for written, regional dialects acknowledged in conversation. MENA fintech and crypto adoption is concentrated in UAE (VARA, DIFC, ADGM), Saudi Arabia (SAMA Open Banking), and Egypt (Central Bank fintech sandbox). Arabic A2P SMS support requires Modern Standard Arabic for documentation and formal communication, with awareness of regional dialect variation – Gulf Arabic, Levantine, and Maghrebi vary meaningfully even in technical context.
