Job Summary
Translation Empire PK is seeking an Arabic Interpreter and Translator in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. The role involves interpreting and translating services across settings such as healthcare, legal, education, and immigration & refugee services.
Responsibilities
Interpret for people using legal, health, and local government services.
Check the non-English speakers’ understanding after each sentence.
Provide conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting.
Handle highly confidential information with discretion.
Act as liaison between the service user and provider.
Qualifications
Fluent in Arabic and English (or another language). BS/MS degree in English Language, Literature, English Language Teaching (ELT), TESOL, or any other interpreting related qualification.
IELTS certificate with an overall band score of 6.5, including a minimum of 6.0 in each subtest (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
