As a Senior AR Manager you will be responsible for leading and overseeing Billing Operations, Documentation Management, Customer Accounts and Rates Management (CARM), and Revenue Capture and Billing Governance functions supporting both Express and Forwarding business units.
You will ensure that all billable transactions are accurately captured, validated, documented, rated, and converted into invoices in accordance with customer agreements, approved pricing, company policies, and regulatory requirements. The position is accountable for strengthening billing governance, improving invoicing efficiency, reducing unbilled transactions and billing exceptions, enhancing documentation readiness, and ensuring the integrity of customer and pricing master data.
