JOB PURPOSE:The AR and GL Accountant works closely with all levels of the Mexican and regional organization including but not limited to our sales, customer service, accounting and logistic teams.Creating an open and effective communication with our sales and customer service teams as well as our customers is a key success factor for the role.He or she will also be managing the financing of our receivables through our factoring program (invoice remittance to the factoring partner, preparation, and submission of required documentation, reconciliation of cash received, etc.)Communicating all changes and trends daily as well as preparing insightful reports to management will be an expectation within the role as well.Frequent and comprehensive reporting is a strong need from our customers, Sales and Finance department.
