Overview
The team is under Global Finance of Vestas Shared Services Centre. Finance Shared Service Centre is comprised of various finance functions that support Vestas globally, including Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, Account to Report, Cash Management, Compliance, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Costing and Inventory, Master Data Management and the Finance Controlling team. This team is expected to collaborate closely with Regional Finance, Payroll, Factory Controllers, Treasury, Procurement and other functions of the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and leadership for a team of at least 10 staff handling finance operations for Accounts Receivable (Scope of work: Sales order creation, Billing and Cash applications).
- Act as a point of contact for any escalated issues when needed.
- Conduct regular coaching / 1‑1 sessions to improve individual performance and develop team members.
