AR and Collections Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a self‑driven and competent AR Specialist to join our team. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and a detail‑oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The role reports to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and Manager and comes with comprehensive training.

Shift & Schedule

Work hours: 8:00PM to 5:00AM, Tuesday through Saturday, following the U.S. holiday schedule. Philippine holidays are compensated.

Responsibilities

• Complete a daily call count of at least 35 calls.
• Contact customers and discuss overdue payments.
• Handle inbound calls.
• Monitor unpaid accounts daily.
• Identify outstanding accounts receivable for follow‑up via email and paper mail.
• Investigate historical data for debts and bills to determine payment patterns.
