About the Opportunity
- Own the end-to-end customer billing process
- Create and manage invoices in Stripe
- Reconcile and troubleshoot data between Stripe and NetSuite
- Support collections processes in partnership with Customer Success
- Coordinate follow-up on enterprise accounts and billing issues
- Process credit notes and help resolve invoice discrepancies
- Support transition to ChargeBee and become a key finance user of the platform
- Participate in ongoing billing and finance process improvements
About You
- 2+ years of relevant accounting, billing, or accounts receivable experience
- Experience in customer billing, AR processing, and reconciliations
- Comfort working across systems and resolving data discrepancies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
