Support or lead setting goals, policy and direction for Singapore AQP team. Manage and plan for running an effective AQP team to satisfy the smooth running of NPI APQP process and flawless launch of new products. Setup an effective AQP governance and system that meets customer’s requirements and industrial expectations. Deploy Principles Based Management (PBM) philosophy and thinking framework to the AQP team.
Our Team
You will lead a dedicated Quality team consisting of Supervisors, Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors supporting the Datacom and Specialty Solution division. The team works closely with internal stakeholders such as Product Design, Manufacturing, Project Management, Quality, Automation, NPI and HR teams.
