We are seeking an Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) Engineer to partner with Product and Process Development teams to create, maintain, and execute robust Quality Plans that identify and mitigate launch risks. You will drive activities that ensure new products meet customer cost, quality, and schedule expectations and that quality issues are resolved early in the design and pre‑production phases.
What You Will Do
- Lead development and maintenance of Quality Plans (PFMEA and Control Plans) to identify risks and ensure readiness for mass production.
- Drive process validation and line‑release activities (Run @ Rate) to confirm production capacity and capability meet launch requirements.
- Define and implement metrology and qualification strategies for new or modified parts to ensure product disposition aligns with specifications.
