Job Summary
The Finance trainee will be responsible for supporting the management of financial reports, budgeting and projections, contributing to the proper functioning of the area.
Functions
- Quality Control: Review and ensure the quality of supports generated by the Operations area. Report inconsistencies in detected transactions. Confirm the validity of the media before being uploaded to the corresponding media.
- Invoicing (Order Generation): Prepare orders for the issuance and sale of tourist products, following the client's specifications. Verify the information received from the Operations area to complete orders. Send documents to a drive for billing generation and keep each customer's closing dates up to date.
- Filing of Supplier Invoices: Receive invoices from the Accounting area and retrieve the necessary supports. Send the invoices to the corresponding
