As an Apprentice, Application Associate in Client Operations you will:

+ Participate in project and application management duties to improve our internal tools and external client experience
+ Conduct User Acceptance Testing with a high level of scrutiny ensuring successful project delivery
+ Handle questions related to existing CRM and support functionality
+ Run reports and dashboards for client interaction monitoring and for monthly department reporting
+ Work with stakeholders to understand procedures and workflow guides. Ensure materials and guides are up to date.
+ Work with a LEAN mindset.

**Ideal candidates will have:**

+ An undergraduate degree, or certification in a related field, and possess strong quantitative, analytical and interpretive skills.
+ Salesforce end user experience
